This Privacy Policy explains how BlueAxi ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit blueaxi.com, request a free AI Visibility Teardown, or become a client. We serve U.S.-based businesses.

2. The data we collect

• Information you give us: your name, business/practice name, city, email, and anything you submit through our forms or in communications.
• Client delivery access: manager/collaborator access you grant to your business assets (e.g., website, Google Business Profile) to perform services.
• Basic technical data: standard web data such as IP address and pages viewed, if analytics are enabled.

3. We never handle patient data (no PHI)

BlueAxi optimizes public marketing signals only — your website, listings, reviews, and citations. We do not request, receive, store, or process patient health information (PHI) or any patient records. Our work does not require it.

4. How we use information

To respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver your teardown, provide and improve our services, send service-related and (if you opt in) marketing emails, maintain security, and comply with law.

5. Email & marketing (CAN-SPAM)

Any marketing email includes a truthful sender, an honest subject, our physical mailing address, and a working one-click unsubscribe honored within 10 business days. We email U.S. recipients only.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., email/hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law. We never repurpose or resell client data.

7. Retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
