Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using blueaxi.com or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. Paid engagements are also governed by a separate Client Service Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. What we do

BlueAxi provides done-for-you AI search visibility (Generative Engine Optimization) for local practices — audits, schema/entity optimization, AI-citation content, Google Business Profile work, citation/NAP cleanup, review-generation systems, trusted-source profile building, and before/after reporting.

3. No guarantee of third-party results

We optimize the signals that AI engines, search engines, and map platforms use to decide which businesses to surface. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, specific rankings, inclusion in any AI engine's answers, traffic, leads, or revenue — those platforms are independent and change without notice. We commit to the professional performance of the agreed scope and measurable before/after reporting of the signals we influence.

4. Free teardown

Any complimentary teardown is provided "as is," reflects data captured at a point in time (AI results are volatile), and creates no obligation on either party.

5. No patient data

BlueAxi works with public marketing signals only and does not request or process patient data or PHI.

6. Client responsibilities

If you engage us, you agree to provide timely manager/collaborator access to the assets we need (we never require ownership of your accounts), supply accurate information, review and approve deliverables promptly, and not ask us to publish false or deceptive content.

7. Fees

Service fees, schedules, and refund terms are set in the applicable order or Client Service Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly provided in that agreement.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueAxi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
